[MCPE-126447] End's oobsidian platfrom failing to load killing player progress

I had started a beta world before the newer updates and hotfixes, which is why I think that is why the obsidian did not generate. it did the second but it should have before it killed me by letting me fall into the void losing potentially hours of working and grinding XP.
