I had already purchased the 2015 Holliday Skin Pack and they are not showing up in the 0.14.0 update. The Halliday Skin Pack 2015 are missing.

I still found those files in the .apk file; so that means they should showing up somehow, and I tried them but didn't rendered the hat parts and horns. It just remained flat texture. Does the disappearance of the purchasing section means your skin just said to the app: " oh, this player purchased a skin but mojang hid them(the.x-mas skin section); so ill just revert it to steve!?

Did you try to leave the beta program to see if they are appearing in the 0.13.1 update?
