It happened to me before.. I had many bugs regarding dogs.. I had a glitch like you said dead wolf turns angry. It still attacks me even if it is cosidered dead wierd! (It is laying on the ground turned tinted red leaping towards me angrily rising from the ground.. Some angry wolves turned normal after reloading world, but they dont turn red eyes if chasing animals or skeletons (eg. If you attack a pig, it wont turn red eyes but attack the pig.

How about achivements? Are they in pe yet?
I all know that. Im not angry. What i mean was to use win 10 for that since it still has a bug. No offense
Almost all of redstone mechanisms that aren't full blocks have a tinee-tiny gap on the edges of them.. Better fill them up. Anyways these bugs delay the release date! Hating those bugs!!!
Thats why its pe. Designed for touch (obviously) not for mouse and keyboard... If you want keys; use the windows 10 edition
