Went in to my normal nether portal and took a while to load but spawned me 6000 blocks away from normal coordinates. Also doesn't spawn a new portal until you quit and re load the game. When you go back through it takes you thousands away from where you went in.

Slightly different, I don’t take the same coordinates in to the nether it spawned me somewhere completely different
If you believe this is a different issue please provide coordinates of where you started/ended in each dimension for each time you traveled through a porta.
