With both "Bonus Chest", and "Caves and Cliffs" options enabled, the world spawns with no starting chest.
Tried creating multiple worlds, none had a starting chest if the "Caves and Cliffs" option is enabled.
Tried all other options on/off, only triggered when the "Caves and Cliffs" option (and "Bonus Chest" obviously) is enabled.
