I made an addon with blocks that use the "minecraft:ticking" component and the "minecraft:placement_filter" components, they worked fine in the 1.16.230 beta, but now in the 1.17 beta, they do not work correctly. Walking in them shows a block around you as if you were in a solid block. They break upon the ticking event occuring. As I said before, this wasn't an issue in 1.16, but is now in 1.17

This is still happening in the current beta.
I have blocks with the ticking and placement filter components, and they do place. But when the ticking event occurs, the block breaks.
