I can't activate Ray Tracing on Windows 10 PC.
It used to say my drivers were out of date. My drivers said they were updated. I did a manual update just to make sure and it didn't fix the problem. Did it multple times to be sure.
It no longer says my drivers are out of date, (I think I disabled the thing that kept popping up every time I booted MC up). But I still can't use Ray Tracing. The options are grayed out for me. I'd appreciate it if I could get some help on this.
Also, I believe I meet all technical requirements to be able to use Ray Tracing.

Are you in a Marketplace world/a world with an RTX pack?

If you are looking for help, you might want to visit Community Support, as this bug tracker is not a technical assistance site.

I was told to come here after the tech support was unable to assist me.

Osfan, I didn't bother downloading one yet. It would tell me I can't support RTX as soon as I loaded into the main menu.

Hi
Do this issue still occurs after updating to 1.17.10? If yes, can you enter Marketplace and see if you get error there when attempting to use Nvidia RTX resources?
This ticket will automatically repoen when you reply.
