Armor stand item is not dropped when the armor stand is destroyed by an explosion

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an armor stand

2. Place TNT next to it

3. Light the TNT

Observed Results:
The armor stand doesn't drop itself when destroyed by the explosion.

Expected Results:
The armor stand should drop itself when destroyed by the explosion.

Original Description:
I've noticed that this bug has been around for a while, but this weird thing happens when a Creeper explodes near an armor stand (with or without armor). If near an explosion, the Armor stand and any items put on the stand will disappear without dropping, even if the stand is surrounded by blocks with high blast resistance.

There have been dozens of times where I've put newly crafted gear on a stand inside of my house only for One Green Boi (A Creeper) to sneak up on me soon after and blow up near the side of my house (Not necessarily or always the house itself). Then I enter my house to find that - Lo and Behold - there's no trace of the stand, or my gear that was on it. 

This is frustrating beyond belief, and it needs to be fixed. I would suggest either raising the blast resistance for armor stands, or making it so that they always drop items when they get 'blown up'.
