[MCPE-127621] Fortune 3 enchantment doesnt increase drops from Copper ore

In the current beta, copper ore, when mined with an unenchanted pickaxe, drops 2-3 raw copper. But if it was mined by a fortune 3 enchanted pickaxe, it still drops only 2-3 raw ore even though it is supposed to drop more.

Fortune only increases block drops for blocks that drop an item, rather than themselves.

Cannot reproduce this bug sadly, it works as it should, they drop more when using fortune 3 enchantment.

Welp... Found out why it happened for me..

It was a cause of another bug where switching items in hotbar wouldnt switch items in hand...

I thought i was holding a fortune pick while testing....

There is still a bug dealing with this. I have seen it myself and knew it was a bug because it went from dropping one raw copper ore to dropping 2 copper ore in the last beta to dropping 3 in this beta without a fortune 3pick. And I didn't swap inventory slots while mining it either.
