[MCPE-127653] cannot log into the marketplace

When I log into my microsoft account, it always say there is a problem need to be fixed and unable to use Marketplace, I asked for help from the technical support but they cannot deal with it, I wish I could have the solution

Thanks for helping, but there is no option to log out my account, I re-download the game but nothing change
