Goodday,
My son is having problems with login into minecraft on switch for quite some time now.
We get to the point where we can login to our microsoft account on another device, but afterwards minecraft on switch glitches and remains on a screen showing the minecraft surroundings, or it just doesn't show the gamertag at all, and we need to login on the other device once again.
We've already cleared all cached data on the switch, and installed the software all over again. Is there some log we can retrieve and send to you, so you can analyse the problem?
It is very annoying (both for my kid and me), as he just wants an our of pleasure, and he ends up being frustrated as he can't game at all..
Please, can you give us some guidance?
