[MCPE-127745] 分割画面でのプレイ中のカーソル点滅バグ　cursor blinking bug in multiplayer screen seperation

PS4を使い、Bedrock エディションで画面分割マルチプレイをすると、誰かがインベントリを開いた時に残りの画面で中心のカーソルが点滅してしまいます。

When playing an Bedrock edition in PS4 using Screen Seperation, the cursor in the centor of each screen blinks so fast if someone opens inventory.
