when you dye a sign it is the most subtle change ever to the point where colorblind people wouldnt be able to see the difference at all and non colorblind people have to look at it for a good 10 seconds to notice, people wouldnt even notice unless you point it out

I would go further to say it is inconsistent. I have had some signs that have nice clear colors (like when using the § codes) and some that are barely visible - on the same type of sign, facing the same direction, in the same room with the same lighting.
