Is it old world type? Does MCPE-120820 describe this issue?

No its infinity it’s shows unable to connect to multiplayer game i have this maybe from 1 year and i tried all the devices its not working

I play on AndrAndroid and my brother's world doesn't appear in the multiplayer tab even with multiplayer on
