On a few occasions I have entered my nether portal and have entered the nether at the identical cordance in the nether I left from the overworld. (Example: Overworld cordance: -1975 76 -598 enters the nether at Nether cordance: -1975 ?? -598)
The most recent time I was killed by an Enderman immediately and lost all my gear and now have no time to make it back to the location I lost my stuff before it despawns.
As I mentioned this glitch has happened about three or four times since the update to 1.16.221
