It could also be your ISP or router firewall.. make sure you are on NAT2 and your ISP is not blocking the ports for the game.
I also cannot log in on my smartphone where another provider serves me, which means that it’s not my connection.

This happens when the minecraft/MSN log in sever is down for a short time.. keep track of Mojang, Mojang Status on Twitter to check connectivity.. if nothing posted, send them a message that sign in servers are down and that it is Bedrock Editio and let them know which platform.
