[MCPE-12818] Second Layer Skin Animation

I have a second layer of skin on my arms in MCPE, well when I'm in Front View and I crouch, the second layer doesn't line up with my skin, instead it moves lower from your arm and looks like its floating in mid air

This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-10260) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 47% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!
