A number of in-game cosmetics won't unlock, even after completing the required achievements. E.g. wolf mask not unlocking after completing leader of the pack achievement.
Steps to reproduce:
1: Complete a cosmetic unlocking achievement on PS4 (E.g. Leader of the pack)
2: Enter character creator
Observed results:
Cosmetic not unlocked
Expected results:
Cosmetic is unlocked and usable
