My world that was originally imported from the "Minecraft Nintendo Switch Edition" when the current Minecraft release initially came out states that the "Content active in this world cannot be used in cross-platform multiplayer." even though there is nothing of the sort enabled.
I've only noticed this recently as I just attempted to use this world online. I have tested newly importing that original world and it does not generate this multiplayer issue. I am assuming the fix for that issue is mentioned here: MCPE-34641
My concern is that I want all the progress I've made in my current world that was originally imported years ago to be playable cross platform.

Converting the original "Nintendo Switch Edition" world does NOT have this issue. It will allow me to use it online.
There is no marketplace template used for this world.
There are also no add-ons on this world.
It seems then that this issue is a duplicate of MCPE-34641, which was fixed after you originally converted your world. Your best hope now is probably the Community Support link to see if there is a way to edit the world to allow multiplayer.
I have tried manipulating various settings in the options to no avail. Is there no way to regenerate the world I have already been using to remove whatever option is locking the multiplayer functionality? I can't even import the world elsewhere because the "Realms" option doesn't allow this world to be uploaded either...
Can you try converting the world again to see if the issue still occurs? (I know this would lose any progress made since, but it might be useful information.)
Is this based on a marketplace template, and if so, exactly which one?
Are there any add-ons attached to the world, and does it work if those are removed?
It is possible though, that this is a setting in the world itself, or in some content used in the world, or that something was incorrectly set in the original conversion, rather than a bug in the current game.
