[MCPE-12847] Game Crashes on Start

The new android update 0.13.2 does not work at all, it constantly crashes and the screen flashes black and goes back to home. It also does not open on some other devices.

when i open minecraft app 0.13.1 it will start minecraft home,but 0.14.0 Beta 1,2,3 also now black screen, WHY???? HOPE MINECRAFT WILL FIX CRASH BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to an internal error, 0.13.2 was submitted while still in development. It is not supported on this tracker, and any tickets pertaining to it will be closed.

Mojang is currently working on a resolution, please be patient during this time.
