How to reproduce: Start a survival world on xbox one with the caves and cliffs experimental toggle turned on and try breaking a block that uses the grass block breaking sound, i.e. grass or leaves. The game should freeze instantly and crash. Seems to happen most when the fps dips even slightly.
Does not work in Creative as you instantly break blocks
