mcpe stuck on loading resource packs loading screen sometimes

today I was playing mcpe when I was creating a new world the loading resource packs was stuck

How to reproduce

1. make a new world in mcpe

2. it will sometimes say loading resources and it will be stuck

3. and my internet is good so it can't be that
