[MCPE-12907] Maps in multiplayer don't show other players

when creating a map in multiplayer and using compass in the anvil it wont show your friends cursor i dont know if the other player should be shown though but i think it should

Confirmed in MCPE 0.14.2 using combinations of:

Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 5.1.1
Asus B121 Tablet Touch & pen enabled, Win10 Pro (64-bit) build 10240 and
Apple iPad3 (MC705C/A) iOS 8.4.1 (12H321)

Regardless of server/client set up each player only saw their own compass marker, they could not see the others.
