Beta Crash on Multiplayer when Breaking Grass

When playing on a multiplayer world, started on the second 1.17 beta, and updated to latest version, the first time playing on the world after updating to latest version, the world would crash when any player started to break grass blocks or tilled dirt. This would sometimes only effect the player that did it, but it often caused all player's games to crash.
