Skin bug annoying

This bug is fixed in 1.16.200.1, now in 1.16.221 its happen
steps to reproduce
1.open minecraft,save skin from your flies(custom skin)
2.relaunch game,skin change to default Steve skin
(This happen when you are offline And online, both time)
