When closing and restarting Minecraft, (almost always all) the saved skins will not load after connecting to xbox/microsoft account; when navigating cosmetic items in the skins section, no images load on thumbnails. Items also appear to have been "unpurchased" when selected. Unsure of if items were refunded or what happened, but previous cosmetic items are no longer available.
additional items: frequent crashing and sessions disconnecting with message "Oops! Your Microsoft Account was disconnected." Etc

You generally have to be logged in to access purchased items that are linked to your account.
