There is this weird glitch where the block next breaking resets to not touched right before breaking. In not just maps but all gameplay for andriod except servers

This is without doubt one of the most annoying bugs i have come across while playing the Bedrock version. With every new pickaxe you make the first block
you mine, the animation starts, you hit the block 4 or 5 times, the animation
then stops, resets and starts again
Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.10)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

I have only seen that when you create a new tool, you have to mine the first block twice just after tool creation, after which it mines just fine, mines like normal.. however it happens with every tool after you make it in the crafting table. This has been happening since 1.16 was released. It happens on all Minecraft platforms that Bedrock plays on, including mobile, consoles, PC and tablets.
