I can't seem to put in my stone pick in a slot it just comes back now unfortunately I have no video or screenshot but it did happen it just came back to my mouse and could not even drop it too.

I don't know it happens pretty rarely it only happened twice one was on a realm and another was on my survival world both on 1.16 but not sure if it happens on 1.17.10.
Please make sure if the issue occurs in the latest version as well.
Was it random, or did you have any repro steps?
