Game crash when breaking block in Beta bedrock

A few days ago, my game started crashing when breaking certain blocks. At first only leafs blocks and in very rare occurrences, then it affected wood, then ice, then dirt, then anything else, all more and more often.

To the point that I can now no longer play the game in survival : any block I attempt to break have pretty much a 50/50 chance and crashing the game. That might even have spread to every single block in my current world as far as i can tell.

I've tried everything from updating my drivers and OS (even fix-reinstalling Windows 10) to creating new worlds, disabling all mods, and even fully reinstalling the game several times, nothing fixed it and the problem is only getting worse.

I thought it must came from my computer (driver or hardware failure) since i saw no one else complaining about it after the last beta update, then i realized that :

1) This only happen in survival mode, I can play in creative and break any block i want with zero risk of crashing the game.

2) This only happen in the beta version, I have tried unsubscribing from the beta and reinstalled the game, and the bug was indeed magically fixed (no crash at all and very stable experience). Then I re-subscribed to the beta version (because i want to try the new caves), and the crashes were back in full force.

So the problem seems to come from the game (not my computer), specifically the beta version, and is related to breaking a block with either the hand or a tool (i have no idea how or why).

Please help me fix this or patch whatever is causing it, I just want to relax and explore caves :'(
