Snow Layer Duplication

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a dirt block (first dirt block)

2. Place a single-block tall flower on it (e.g. Cornflower)

3. Place another dirt block on top of the flower (second dirt block)

4. Place another flower on top of the second dirt block

5. Place a snow layer on top of the second dirt block, the dirt will have a snow layer inside of a flower

6. Now, break the second dirt block, the snow layer will drop but also fall on top of the first dirt block

7. Now simply break the first dirt block and if you had 1 snow layer at first, you will get 2

Extra Information:

You can also stack more flowers and dirt but the snow layer must be placed on the top dirt block and you just need to break all the dirt blocks after you set it up.

This isn't a major bug, but it still should be fixed because it is still a dupe glitch.
