Breaking block below snow-filled flower drops duped buggy snow layer item

The bug

When you break the block below a snow layer that has a flower inside, the following things happen:

• ✔  The flower pops off

• ✔  The snow layer falls down to a lower surface

• ❌  An additional snow layer is dropped in item form

This extra snow layer is only dropped when it is sharing space with a flower. Additionally, it is bugged, appearing in the inventory equal to its height, which should never be possible.

How to reproduce

1. Plant a flower on some grass

2. Put snow in it several times

3. Break the grass block
   → ❌  A duplicated buggy snow layer item appears
