Visual glitches

So there's this funky visual glitch, it has been happening on my xbox for so long, and i finally got a playstation. i downloaded minecraft thinking it was just my old xbox causing it, but it wasn't. even my friends are seeing this. it's hard to explain, so bare with me... when you throw down a block, it starts bugging or glitching out. it has a laggy kinda look to it. and it's really annoying to play with. there's also many other visual glitches on bedrock. can you please get on top of this??? minecraft used to be my favorite game. i try so hard to get over it because it's not a big deal like past bugs, but it's really hard to get over it. thank you mojang.
