it is not updating to 1.17 i also tried with "check for update" option

We're glad you're excited for the new features in 1.17, but please try to be patient. The exact hour it becomes available to you for download depends on where you are in the world, what platform you play on,, and other factors, so it can't be predicted. The update should become available sometime today.

Also, the bug tracker is only for bugs, which are things that don't work right while you're playing the game. So even if there's a problem that stops you getting the update at all, the bug tracker is not the place for you to get help with that. I would suggest starting with customer service for your app store if you need help.
