the 1.17 structures aren't spawning in unexplored chunks on 1.16 words but the 1.17 crafting recepies are showing and extra layer of bedrock under explored 1.16 (or bellow) chunks aren't adding

Hello. I can't find amethyst geodes, dripstone blocks, pointed dripstone, moss blocks, rooted dirt, hanging roots, azalea, flowering azalea, big dripleaf, smal dripleaf, spore blossom, callcite, tuff, glow squids, moss carpet, goats and axelots.
On 2 year old world, on Xbox One, I've gone to unexplored chunks and have discovered geodes(with all associated blocks), tuft, dripstone, pointed dripstone. In explored chunks, all new mobs appear. The best tip I have for finding unexplored chunks is fly over an ocean at night. You can see the glow of lichen under the water in new 1.17 chunks. I have searched over 50 sunken ships in new chunks and have not found moss. I have not seen anyone who has posted a video with a found moss block. My concern is older worlds are still getting the old chest contents.

What specific structures are you unable to find?
Most of the Caves & Cliffs features related to terrain generation and world height changes are deferred to C&C Part 2, though they may be available in beta versions.
