Candles has a few missing sounds from Java

Summary
Inside the files, the candles on Bedrock Edition has a lot of missing sounds, compared to Java.

In comparison:

• Ambient sounds: Java has 9, while Bedrock only has 3, which only differs from pitches and volumes.

• Breaking sounds: Java has 5, while Bedrock only has 3.

• Step sounds: Java has 4, while Bedrock only has 3.

• Extinguishing sounds: Both Java and Bedrock has 3, however, Bedrock uses 6 different volume and pitches between these sounds (that's 12 individual extinguishing sound events)
