This is no longer just a problem of mine, because I have contacted several friends of mine who also made realm to corroborate the information.
This bug is completely random when buying the realm and there is no way to fix it:
The commands do not work, no matter what command you try to write, it will not work because "Syntax error" and the output error says random symbols, example
AbelitoHost: /kick Luis
Syntax error: Unexpected "Luis" at "&%$3&%$%2&%$5&$%%4%#%"
This bug is difficult to replicate because when you buy the realm you have the possibility that this bug will happen to you (or not)
I can't take photos of these bugs because since I update to 1.17 the game just refuses to open, if this changes, I will edit this to add images.
Tested versions:
1.16 onwards
I haven't tested this with 1.17 for the reason above but I can't select any version other than 1.17 for some reason
Edit: This problem has not been happening to me anymore. But a friend bought a realm and is suffering this same bug in the most recent version

This seems to be a Bedrock server problem as well, not just Realms.
