Ever since I updated minecraft to 1.17, the world's have been extremely laggy especially when I'm playing multiplayer. It is happening to every single person I know whether they're playing on Android or Console. It is not because of my device even new phones lag during 1.17. Please fix this its happening everywhere even on brand new phones. I just want to play without any lag.

Yeah 1.17.10 Is Still Laggy Same Lag Every Time You Load A Chunk Or Just Looking At The Players/Mobs
Its Just So Annoying Tho Its Not The Same Performance 1.16.40 Is Much More Smoother idk When Will They Fix it Cuz They Are Focused to Make The Part 2 Of Caves and cliffs (Im Not The Original Reporter)

When I changed to beta I noticed as the 1.17 snapshots started dropping my world became extremely laggy. At one point it was unplayable and I had to tear down all my redstone farms just so I could play. When 1.17 officially dropped I thought they might have fixed it but it's no better. I think if you're playing 1.17 you just have to live with it if you're on bedrock. I've since killed all the animals in my farms and changed all my chests to barrels and although it made a small difference it's still almost unplayable. I think this is just Minecraft now for console players. I'm back to manual farming and minimum Render distance full time. Even turned it on peaceful to keep the mob count down. It's brutal.
