I have this issue too on Xbox One.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Set World to 'Hard' mode.
2. Place a Villager in a mine cart (Can be a villager with a trade, or without).
3. Acquire a Zombie, and let the zombie infect the Villager in the mine cart.
4. Villager will exit the mine cart at the moment they are converted into a zombie..

I have noticed that the same thing happens with boats (Villager will exit the boat at the moment they are converted into a zombie).

Same here. Have not been able to sync my world to the cloud since updating to 1.19.30. Afraid to do any work in my world as I might lose any progress if it wont sync to cloud. Extremely frustrating.

I have experienced the same issue since updating to 1.19.30. I also cannot access any old worlds since the update.

Unfortunately this is a persisting bug that has been unresolveable for years. Several times in the last 12 months I have lost either entire trading halls, or several villagers for no reason. Best is to trade them up and just get as many books, weapons, tools or armour as you can before they despawn. I think it's just one of those bugs we will have to live with as frustrating as it is.

Same here. Still got bedrock down to -64 in chunks that were rendered in prior versions on experimental world. All new 1.18 chunks have Deepslate though.

Is the enderdragon undefeated in this world? There was a big in the beta that doubled the amount of enderdragons in your world every time you logged in. The issues you are experiencing seem to match that bug.

This is not a bug. It's actually a feature now. Like villagers being able to jump up on their workstation. Sorry to say, but you won't be able to use trapdoors in this way any more.

Hey Sheree. I too get frustrated at bugs at times, but if you want the devs to fix an issue they can only do so if you specify what the actual issue is that you are having. Things like what you were doing when the bug happened, if you can recreate the bug, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. That information really helps them out so they can work on the issue. Don't give up, keep mining and crafting. It will all come good in time.

Hi Jay.
Seed is -1358238874
Coords: -2786, 86, 12579
Coords: -2542, 100, 12991

Thanks for taking the time to review this.

Hi Matthew, yeah, I don't really mind. I just thought the devs might need to know. They've done an awesome job with this. My whole world below Y0 is also bedrock, no Deepslate, but didn't log that because it would just be a duplicate.

Can I ask. Was the Ender Dragon undefeated in this world?

Caleb Hunter Tyler, can you confirm if this is correct for you?

Steps to reproduce

  • Log into an existing world that has the experimental toggle enabled

  • Stay active in world

  • After approx 10-30 seconds the world crashes and returns you to the home screen

Observed Outcomes

  • Worlds crash within approx 10-30 seconds of gameplay when playing in worlds that have experimental toggle on that were created prior to 1.17.32. Gameplay defined as being active in a world.

Expected Outcomes

  • Worlds that have experimental toggle enabled are stable enough that you can play in the world for more than 10-30 seconds.

All of the solutions mentioned above have no effect. It's a bug since 1.17.32 which affects players with experimental world. There must be a hundred bug reports on this already. Surely the devs know that the solutions mentioned above have nothing at all to do with the bug by now? It's been well documented for over a month. Thousands of players affected by this.

I have the same issue, as do many who have reported it. Even though I am extremely frustrated, even angry that not only myself but all of my family have not been able to play minecraft for about a month because our worlds crash within 30 seconds of loading, be assured the devs are aware, and they will reply when a fix has been found. I understand your frustration, everyone I know that has an experimental world cannot currently play minecraft, but please be patient. Trust me, I have a world several years old with thousands of hours of work currently corrupted, I know the feels. They have to fix it, and I'm sure they will. I have seen the fallout on forums, there are a LOT of players in the same boat who are frustrated that the game is so unstable, and they too cannot play worlds that are years old, but that is part of experimental mode. When you enable experimental, you are rolling a dice. It might work, or you might lose everything.

There's A LOT of players across the globe having exactly the same issue, myself included. Haven't been able to play since whatever they did to the. 34 update. All of my friends, same issue. Seems to be across the bedrock experimental platform globally. Xbox, switch, windows 10. It's a mess.

Have you tried checking the parental controls / permissions on her Microsoft account? I had the same issue until. I changed my sons permissions to enable to accept friend requests / invites. Then, I logged into Minecraft and sent a friend request to my son. Then logged into his account and accepted request. Then, open Minecraft, make sure your world is set to accept friends, or friends of friends, then 'send invite to friend'. Then they log into Minecraft and accept invite to world, and then select 'join world's. It's a real headache, but this worked for me. Good luck, there's no good tutorials or info on any Minecraft or Microsoft information platforms so it does take a bit of fiddling about.

Is your file size also growing by huge amounts each time you log in for no apparent reason?

Same here. Do you have the caves and Cliffs experimental toggle enabled? I found that all my worlds with this toggle enabled have this issue. Testing new worlds without this toggle enabled appear to run smoothly (as smooth as 1.16). Also, put your armour, tools and weapons or anything precious in an Ender chest before you log out. I've found that with these crashes sometimes items in your inventory disappear when you try and log back in, but if they are in an Ender chest they appear to be safe no matter how badly your world corrupts with the caves and cliffs experimental mode enabled. All my, and all my family members caves and cliffs world's are now unplayable.
