Mobs killed by dispenser do not drop XP

I had this problem with skeletons, I used splash potion of healing and they did not drop xp

I just tested it out, not dropping xp in survival, in creative its working fine

Actually the problem is when the potion are dispense with dispenser, sorry about the above one. Drops in both in survival and creative, just that the player has to throw, not working with dispenser

Was the world that you tested this in created in 0.14 and what mods are you using?

My test: create a new creative flat world in 0.14.0 build 4, place a chest and add some potions of harming, spawn a spider from an egg, quit, convert to survival, kill spider with potions of harming and you'll see the XP orbs. Also tried with potions of healing on zombie pigmen and it worked fine too.

After all that fun, this works as intended. Death by dispenser doesn't drop XP (the obvious exception being if the player or player's tamed pet damaged the mob within the last 5 seconds of its death).
