Since the Caves and Cliffs update I keep going through solid blocks as if they're air blocks.

Ever since the update occurred I keep going to solid blocks as if they are air blocks. When this happens I see the inside of the block, rather than seeing through it, like I'm in spectator mode. The best example is when I was exploring an abandoned mineshaft and there was one of the three-block wide wooden pathways that was one block up that you had to jump to get to. There was one stone on the ceiling of the cave that hung in the middle of the path, I tried to go around it, and when I normally would have clipped it or not have been able to jump at all, I went in it. I wasn't suffocating, it was like it was a water or air block. I tried it multiple times and it worked about 15 times. The last few times I tried it before it went back to being solid I saw surrounding caves, but not the first about 10-12 times. Another time was when I went up a water elevator and went inside the stripped acacia block next to the water at the top.
