I can't connect to the multiplayer worlds of my friends, making me unable to join them and have a good time, this has been happening since some time, and I can't find the solution to the problem. I hope to be guided into a solution

So the problem is solved? I can finally connect to my friend's worlds or should I check the MCPE-36190 to find a solution?
