Playing in my long-term Minecraft world, I've noticed for a while that it seems that clouds take layer priority over flowing water when rendered. I've been noticing this since the Update Aquatic but never reported it because I always thought someone would report it before the next update.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MCPE-120375, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
