Clouds render in front of distant blocks/falling water

UPDATE Added rain issues as well below

When builds are in the distance, just at the edge of the render distance and become semi-transparent in the fog, clouds can now be seen through them, looking as if they're being rendered on TOP of the item. That OR clouds are being rendered beyond the fog and are easily visible through the blocks. It's jarring, definitely wasn't like that before.

Note: This is on a realm, not tested in singleplayer

Edit 3/12/21 Clouds also seem to superimpose over falling water, and rain does as well. In one of the photos below, I am standing with water falling in front of me on all three visible sides, yet the rain can be clearly seen in front of that. It almost looks like the rain is inside the falling water.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?

Yes it is, I’ll update the versions.
