As in the title, the clouds kind of bug when you're underwater at height 183, proof of the bug is in the video, the cloud was normal when I was at height 182, but after I went up to 183, the clouds bugged, and got a weird texture, this bug occurred after 1.19.41.
I used google translator to do the report, any english errors are not my fault.
