I shared the link. The other players opened the link in Safari. They pressed the green button labeled "OPEN MINECRAFT," but instead of joining the realm, they are taken to the main menu of the game. Other times, the game will try to join the realm, but it takes more than 2 minutes or won't load and all that can be seen is the rotating panoramic background.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
