When i open up character creator on profile and i saw a cosmetic shirt in the shirt tab when i selected it it's weird it's moving up and down on both arms but its not like that on 1.16.40 when i switched 1.17.0 its weird please fix it.🙏🙏

On Windows 10 in version 1.17.10.22, this sweater does not twitch. Probably the problem has already been solved. Try restarting minecraft and check if this problem has disappeared.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-124596, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
