Missing dependencies ID with mcpack

So I created a mcpack file type to import structures from one world to another.
I tried this thing last time on version 1.14 and it worked all well, but when I am trying to do it right now, it successfully imports the pack but whenever I try to apply to any world, it shows incompatible and then below a blank space where I guess test should have been written.

In the manifest.json file, I have changed the UUID in the header and modules area, but for the dependencies area, the UUID and the version number are the same.
This process was working in 1.14 and after according to me but after the release of 1.17.0, this isn't working.
