I searched seeds with forest flower for achieving "wax of, wax on" but entering into the seeds was the forest flower and nowhere were bees look more seeds and more, found no honeycomb and neither bees and try as in 10 seeds that they are supposed to and neither.

If you haven't found bees, just plant oak trees one space away from a flower. Do this enough times and a bee nest will spawn. Bees are difficult to find, and if you're playing on an infinite world, it can take hours of travel to find any. I don't think it's a bug, they are just hard to find sometimes.
