So I got the new update and strived to get some red stone lamps for my lovely castle build and once I installed the lights I started with the red stone and for some reason the lights won't turn off, and no matter what I tried it wouldn't turn off unless I broke them and replaced them down and once they were powered they went back to be not turn off again I hope this can be fixedÂ

Without seeing your actual circuit it is impossible to tell whether it is working as expected or not. It is likely though that something is acting as a "latch", especially if you are using repeaters that cycle back to an earlier part of the circuit.
Please provide clear screenshots of the circuit (or rebuild it in an open area.
