I was playing Minecraft in my Nintendo switch as usual when I had to go and do something else, I turned off the device with the game still open and left it in sleep mode for about 2 hours, when I came back and turned it back on the game froze and would stay like that for about 5 minutes so I decided to try closing the game and openning it back on but when I did it said that the software had an error, when it openned again it asked me to update the game to 1.17.1 hoffix, once I did I tried to log back to my surval world and the game froze again in the loading screen and it has been like that for almost one hour, also the console is not responding, I cant turn it off or open any menus, I cant close the game either. It seems like not only the game crashed but also the console.
For some other details I have been having a lot of issues with lag and it takes the game really long to respond, my console is brand new and I barely have any other files or games that could be affecting the performance of the game, basically my console is solely used for minecraft.

you press home on switch, doesnt go home? off, doesnt go 2 sleep mode? if yes, hold for 15 seconds power button and screen go black. then nintendo logo, and turn on. if keep happenning asame solution

The best thing you can do for fixing all the problems i recomend you go to help.minecraft.net and put your error but you will say fix that error for all consoles, windows and mobile devices, so the problem will be solucionated for you and all the anothers players that play in another plataform and player of your plattafom you are play right now, like friend help.minecraft.net works really good
